: On The Inside proudly presents Naturocene: Ways to Fall in Love with the Earth. We live in the Anthropocene: an era in which human activity has become a dominant force shaping the Earth. Naturocene offers a different way of looking at our place on the planet. Rather than placing humans at the centre, it considers us as part of a much larger community of life.
More than twenty-five international contemporary artists come together in an exhibition that unfolds through different perspectives, materials and ways of seeing the world. Throughout the exhibition, nature appears in many forms: as subject, material, presence, object of study, partner or active participant. Together, the works invite visitors to reconsider their relationship with the Earth.
Nature’s rhythms are also expressed through time. Some works contain time within themselves: they grow, dry, transform or decay. Others extend our perception towards geological, cosmic or post-human timescales.
Naturocene is about coexistence, give and take, and learning how to live together on a shared planet.

The exhibition is realized in close collaboration with the Eye Filmmuseum, with collection curator Simona Monizza.
